A Herndon, Virginia consulting and technology firm built around one idea: the systems that serve the public deserve engineering that is as careful as it is modern.
Our story
NexSolv, Inc. began as a prime contractor to the State of Maryland, supporting the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange. The work grew into the Maryland Department of Human Services’ MDTHINK program, a statewide platform for eligibility, enrollment and case management, and from there into Medicaid and public-health engagements in New York, Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia.
Today NexSolv is 250+ IT professionals serving 14 federal agencies and 70+ commercial clients across five practices: AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Health & Human Services IT, Cloud & Infrastructure, and IT Staffing, ITSM & Strategy. We hold CMMI Maturity Level 3 for both Development and Services, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and we are a Maryland Certified MBE and DBE and a Virginia SWaM-certified business.
